Objectives of the position:
Plan and execute the sales strategy for the assigned geographic area to achieve company order, sales & market-share objectives;
Maintain direct contact with customer accounts in geographic area of assigned responsibility & monitor customer satisfaction, industry trends & competitive product offerings, strategies and activity;
Develop a successful representative network in assigned geographic area as needed through representative selection, training, and supervision;
Maintain company product training certifications;
Coordinate and attend key industry trade shows, seminars & conferences representing company products;
Maintain and keep up to date company databases as required (contacts, opportunities funnel, etc.).
Requirements for the employee:
5+ years in active / field sales of technically complex products/systems through consultative sales approach within relevant industries (preferably electrical industry, industrial segment, etc);
Higher technical education. Preferably bachelor degree in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, etc.;
Proven track record to carry and deliver against multi-million-dollar quotas;
Sales experience working with or managing manufacturer’s representative firms;
Ability to communicate technical information effectively including group presentations using MS Power Point and proficient user in MS Outlook, Excel and Word;
Strong oral and written communication skills in native language & English, public speaking ability;
Ability to work independently & travel extensively (60%+) , valid Driver License required;
It will be an advantage if you:
Experience structuring, advocating, and closing electric power deals at all levels of management including the C-suite.
Experience working with channel partners (representatives and non-stocking distributors), utilities, and OEM customers;
Knowledge of electric power utilities, related Transformer OEM companies.

The main responsibilities of the position are:
· Development of drawings and technical documentation for electrical devices to improve and accelerate the assembly processes of the products;
· Analyzing current technological processes and proposing new or improved devices to increase productivity and reduce labor intensity;
· Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing staff to integrate fixtures into the manufacturing process as well as resolve issues as they arise.
· Participation in the selection of suitable materials and technologies for the production of devices that meet the requirements for strength, accuracy and durability;
· Carrying out functionality and efficiency tests of new devices and their correction if necessary and implementation in production;
·Maintenance and updating of existing machines to ensure their safety and efficiency in the production process.
The successful candidate possesses:
• Secondary or higher technical education;
• Computer literacy: SolidWorks, AutoCad;
• Experience with PDM and ERP.
