Your Main Tasks:

·       Implements the local go-to–market product marketing strategy, including definition and communication of product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy;
·       Targets Achieves product marketing targets and budgets through regular oversight and definition and implementation of improvement plans as needed;
·       Business Plans Executes annual marketing plan in conjunction with relevant Business Units/Product Groups;
·       Prepares business plans focused on business development for a defined market;
Analysis Coordinates market analyses with Sales team members and defines appropriate forecasts and plans;
·       Evaluates and shares customer research, market conditions and competitor data;
·       Sales  execution for assigned product by providing relevant materials and guidance to Sales team(s);
·       Facilitates know-how sharing and cross collaboration;
·       Generating vision on improving product characteristics and creating concept of new catagories of products;
·       Developing pricing strategy on product.

Requirements:

·       At least 5 years experience  in  transformer manufactures;
·       Experience of people management at least 3 years;

·       Experience in bringing new products or modifications to the market;
·       High-level negotiating skills;
·       Knowledge of high-voltage equipment, general operating principles - Power transformers, reactors, dry transformers, switchgears.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION:

Management and control of metalworking machines with digital program control – Fanuc, Mazatrol and Sinumeric 4.6;
Pinning, processing and monitoring the accuracy of the manufactured details;
Replacement of blanks and details;
Measurement of finished parts with control and measuring devices appliances;
Maintenance of machinery and equipment in working condition.
 

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

Secondary technical or higher education;
Professional experience in a similar position for at least 1 year;
Perfect mechanical reading skills

Knowledge of the LEAN system will be considered an advantage.

Main Responsibilities:
- Performs inspections and tests faulty low and high voltage equipment, using specialized measuring software and measuring equipment, special fixtures and tools;
- Performs repair activities and activities for regular maintenance of high and low voltage equipment installed at the sites of the company's customers;
- Installs, calibrates and adjusts the repaired equipment for low and high voltage according to the procedures and standards established in the company;
- Orders all parts and components necessary to ensure the repair or maintenance activities;
- Fills in the necessary information in the reports of the activities performed;
- Participates in the development of detailed manuals for maintenance, service and operation of the products produced by the company;
- Through a written report and personal presence, takes part in the analyzes of non-conformities that have appeared at objects put into operation;
- Preparation of Root Cause analyses;
- Conducts practical training courses for customers or subcontractors of the company;
- Investigating incidents related to the serviced equipment and proposing appropriate solutions to eliminate the causes of the malfunction;
- Servicing of warranty and out-of-warranty products, including performing repairs, replacing components and providing technical support;
- Participate in the planning and coordination of service team tasks, including scheduling and distribution of workloads;
- Performs other specifically assigned tasks that arise in the work process;
- Informs his direct supervisor about any extraordinary circumstances.

 
Requirements:
- Higher education in the field of electrical engineering, power engineering, automation, information and control technology or related technical sciences;
- Previous experience in the servicing and maintenance of high voltage equipment is considered an advantage;
- At least 3 years in the same or similar position;
- Knowledge of mechanics and their application in repair, testing and installation activities;
- In-depth knowledge in the measurement of electrical and non-electrical quantities;
- Knowledge of the practical application of principles, techniques and procedures from engineering science and technology;
- Knowledge of the main technological equipment in the enterprise, as well as the principles of its work;
- Knowledge of the current norms and quality standards in the production enterprise;
- Knowledge of the various techniques for control, testing and troubleshooting in high voltage equipment;
- Excellent command of English 
- As an additional advantage - good command of Russian;
- The position involves continuous business trips - about 70% of the time.
